Quint Kessenich ranked Penn State No. 7 in his weekly Top 20 following the Liuons win over Denver. Here is what Quint had to say: 7. Penn State — The Nittany Lions attack roared in a 15-12 win over Denver. Shane Sturgis and Jack Forster scored four each. But what stood out was the effort. Every shift. Every possession.
