HLC finishes season with 10-9 loss to Palm BeachHogtowne Lacrosse Club finished their season this past Saturday with a tough playoff loss to the #2 seed Palm Beach Lacrosse Club. Palm Beach started fast and held a 4-2 advantage at the end of the first quarter and was up 8-5 at the half. With a spark from goalie Jeff Goren, Hogtowne came out a little more fired up in the 2nd half, knotting the game at 9 with about 8:00 minutes left. Palm Beach was able to find the back of the net for the game winner with under 6 minutes to play and effectively ran out the clock to advance to the championship game. Ryan Andrews (2g) and Nick Paoloni (2 a) turned in solid efforts from the midfield. Attackman Tony Williams (5g, 1a) had a great game. Mar. 14, 2007
