Players and Parents,

I hope the school year is off to a great start and everyone is getting settled in. Our coaching staff had a very productive meeting on Monday that put together a framework for our fall and winter. There is a lot of information below, especially for those new to the program. As always if you have any questions do not hesitate to let me know. We are incredibly excited for 2015.

Fall Open Fields / Lifting and Conditioning

Participation is expected for those not involved in a fall sport or training for a winter sport. The first open field is next Thursday (September 4th). The first lifting/conditioning session is the following Monday (September 8th).

Open Fields: Tuesdays and Thursdays – 4:45 – 6:30.

Lifting & Conditioning: Mondays and Wednesdays – 4:45 – 6:15.

Mason 7v7:

Mason is hosting an outstanding 7v7 about an hour and fifteen minutes down the road. We have two teams registered and are going to cap the amount of players on each team to ensure those signed up get playing time. Please email me if you want to participate. We will organize carpooling if needed.

November 15th: 8:30-2:30. Cost is $25 per player.

We will be playing in one other 7v7 this fall. It will be at Coffman or another location in Central Ohio. Stay tuned.

Winter Indoor Training at Field Sports: We are still working on dates and times. This information will be available soon.

Picnic: Don’t’ forget to come. This is a great event.

2015 Schedule: Varsity and JV

Scrimmage Dates (3/10 or 11,13,21)

Spring Break Schedule: Varsity/JV will have Saturday, 3/14 to Friday, 3/20 off. Practice will resume Friday evening to prepare for a scrimmage at home the following day. JVB will have all of spring break off.
