Green and White Game/ Team pictures

Hello Rocks Lacrosse Families,

As we finish final tryouts for lacrosse this week, there are several items of interest that need to be shared.

Uniform pickups- The board members will be passing out uniforms and mandatory clothwear to ALL team players this Friday at the end of practices.

All returning Varsity players will have the opportunity to keep their numbers from last year before others select their numbers.

A $100 security check will be required to obtain jerseys. These checks will not be cashed unless your son loses or does not turn in their uniforms when the season ends.

There are players that STILL owe CICI cards and will NOT be given uniforms or clothwear until they are turned in. If you lost your cards, you are STILL responsible for $20 for each missing card. 

We will have individual and team lacrosse photos taken this Saturday, beginning at 9AM prompt, at the stadium.

The boys will be given photo packets Thursday or Friday from the coach at practice.

We will begin with JV B at 9AM followed by JV A at 9:30 and end with Varsity at 10AM.

I need 2 Mom's from each team level to help the photographer keep the boys together by team so that this is run efficiently. Please let me know if you can help and what level your son is playing on. We are hoping 45 minutes per team.

Teams will then practice until approximately 11:30AM, when the Green & White game begins.

The annual Green & White game is scheduled for this Saturday at approximately 11:30am in the stadium.

For all freshman and any new families to the boys lacrosse program, this is a game where ALL boys will participate either on the green team or the white team as a skill builder and some fun to kick off our 2014 season. This will be followed by our annual Green & White family lunch to be held in the small side of the cafeteria around 1pm.

Our boosters will provide the main meal and we ask each family to bring an item that is assigned to them.

The main meal will consist of Canes chicken, sauce & garlic toast.

Freshmen please provide: DESSERT

Sophomores please provide: SIDE DISH

Juniors please provide: CASE OF BOTTLED WATER, GATORADE OR SODA

Seniors please provide: CASE OF BOTTLED WATER, GATORADE OR SODA

There will be a sign posted in the parking loop for the entrance to the cafeteria.

I could also use a few Mom's to help set up at 11AM. Please let me know if you can help.

There will also be sign up sheets for volunteer opportunities for the season.
