Winter conditioning and liftingNov. 15, 2013 Players and Parents - A few quick reminders and updates. This is the only week indoor takes place on a Saturday.... Older group goes from 9-10. Younger group from 10-11. ***LIFTING/CONDITIONING starts on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning next week. Players should be dressed to run on the track and field at 3:20. Lifting will take place immediately after (parents, we should be done around 4:50). Coach Nelson will again be running our strength and conditioning program. Attendance is expected for non winter athletes and will be taken. Go Rocks! Coach Forsythe
