Coach Ford, a 2009 Thomas Worthington graduate, attended Ohio Wesleyan and played goalie on the Varsity lacrosse program, achieving All NCAC in 2011. Ford has coached the past two seasons at Delaware Hayes High School. Ford is currently finishing his sixth and final year in the Marine Corps Reserve and is employed by Hedge Landscaping as an Account Manager. Ford lives in Clintonville with his dog Winston.
