Q. Is my freshman student allowed to participate in first semester sixth period?

A. As per the CDM Athletic Department, incoming freshmen are not eligible for pre-season 6th period lacrosse until the end of the season of their first semester sport.  Freshmen girls may then transfer into sixth period.  All freshmen are eligible for lacrosse in their second semester.  We encourage freshmen girls to sign up for the Freshmen Fall Training which includes the OCLAX Girls Lacrosse Fall League.  Any questions regarding this policy should be directed t o the Athletic Office.

A. Your daughter must be a student enrolled in 9th - 12th grade at Corona del Mar High School and be in good academic standing, a cumulative minimum GPA of 2.0.

Q. What is the "player fair share"?
A. See the Registration page for specific numbers. Players fair share is determined by the Girls Lacrosse Booster Board. No girl shall be denied the right to play because of hardship: a parent must contact the Athletic Director, Don Grable, if there is a problem and the girl may receive a scholarship.
