Coach Redding begins her second season with Ballard coming off of an outstanding collegiate lacrosse career.  Redding is a graduate from the University of Louisville with a Master is Exercise Physiology and a BS in Health and Human Performance: Exercise Science, with a minor in Psychology.  Redding was one of the star players on the nationally ranked Division I UofL Women's Lacrosse Team for four years, playing a crucial role in their run to the NCAA Tournament Sweet Sixteen in 2014 and Big East Championship Team. Jamie was selected First Team All-Big East and IWLCA North-South Senior All-Star.  As a Coach/Counselor, she has coached camps run by the UofL Women's Lacrosse Staff and has coached four years in the Cardinal Elite Lacrosse Club.  Redding grew up in Victor, NY and attended Victor High School where she is currently the career leader in goals.
