2016 Fall Men's Lacrosse Program

Participation in the East Cobb Fall Lacrosse League - JV and Varsity teams

- Location: Lassiter High School, 2601 Shallowford Rd, Marietta, GA 30066.

- Season details: Games played Sunday's September 11 - November 6.

- Practice schedule: Tuesdays and Thursday's 4:15 pm - 6:00 pm at Old Milton High School.

- FIRST PRACTICE: Tuesday, Aug. 23rd. This will be a full pads practice.

Box lacrosse sessions

- Location: Union Hill Park, Alpharetta.

- Session details: Eight 1.5 hour sessions. Specific dates beginning in October TBD.

Strength and Conditioning program

- Location: Alpharetta High School.

- Session details: 1.5 hour lacrosse specific training sessions led by a certified CrossFit

instructor. - Additional details to follow.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Each individual player must complete a medical release waiver in

order to play at Lassiter and with the ECFL. This form must be completed and submitted

by September 11, 2016. Once complete you will receive an email confirmation.
