Coach Ritch comes to Alpharetta Lacrosse with more than 10 years of Lacrosse coaching experience. Fred played Lacrosse in college at U.C Santa Barbara and started his coaching career at Peninsula High School (Palos Verdes, CA) in 2001. In 2006, he moved to Atlanta, GA and continued coaching in an Assistant coaching role at local area High Schools – including Milton, Roswell, South Forsyth, and Cambridge. In 2010, Coach Ritch helped lead Milton High School to their first State Championship. With a career coaching record of 127-61, his teams have made the playoffs in all but 2 of the years he has coached.
