Coaching Experience: I have been coaching athletes for 18 years with skills ranging from youth up to professional.  Over the years I have helped athletes from multiple sports achieve college scholarships and to move onto professional leagues.  I worked with teams from the NBA, AFL, MLS, and RHI.  I have been involved with Alpharetta High School since the first year.  After the 2006 season Coach Scheifflee belived improvements were needed in order to bring our program to the next level. In an effort to make our lacrosse athletes the best athletes they could be Coach Scheifflee brought me on board  as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach and an Assistant Coach.

Certifications Held: 

National Strength and Conditioning Association: Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist.

National Academy of Sports Medicine: Certified Sports Performance Enhancement Specialist, Certified Integrated Speed, Agility & Quickness Coach, Certified Cardio Respiratory Training for Sports Performance Coach, Certified Personal Trainer.

Other Facts:  I live in Alpharetta with my wife Denise of 12 years, and our two girls Chloe & Sydney.  We still have our home on Kauai and enjoy visiting our Ohana each year.  So for all of the athletes that have worked with me, you have an open invitation to visit the most beautiful place on earth.  I work at Lifetime Fitness as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Personal Trainer.
