Andrew Zumwalt has a bachelor degree in Biomechanics and Exercise Physiology from the University of California at Davis and is the co-founder of e5 Fitness. Andrew resides in Alpharetta with his wife Denise and daughters Chloe and Sydney. Andrew possesses over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry ranging from rehabilitation, athletic training, personal training, Athletic Director, Strength and Conditioning Coach at the academic and professional levels, and has developed and implemented physical education programs for use in daycare centers and after school programs. Andrew is a former multi-sport amateur athlete and natural bodybuilder.
