9 - Ryan Solan

Position:  Goalie

• Ryan is the son of Cheryl and Steven Solan, Jr.
• Ryan is a 4 year Varsity player.
• Ryan has been recognized as  the Defensive MVP for 2 years, been named MVP, and received All State recognition his junior year.
• Ryan has also played Roller Hockey for 3 years and participated in the Frisbee club for 2 years.
• Ryan’s favorite lacrosse memory  is the sophomore year opening game. AHS beat Centennial by 1 point. The win jump started the team to success after a tough freshman season.
• Ryan has been recognized as a Scholar Athlete. He is a 4 year Honor Roll student. He has been a Georgia Merit winner and has been recognized as a Remarkable Raider. He is a member of the Science National Honor Society. Ryan maintains a 4.0 GPA.
• Ryan’s favorite teacher at AHS is Mrs. Easley.
• Ryan plans on attending Georgia Tech, Notre Dame, or the University of Georgia. He is planning to major in Biochemical engineering.
• Ryan will play lacrosse in college.
