- Farshi is the son of Fred Mostoufi and Sholeh Morakabati.
- Farshi has played on the Varsity team for 4 years.
- He is a 2008 Team Captain
- He also played football for 2 years while in high school, and he has served as the Varsity basketball team manager for 4 years.
- Farshi was named “Most Spirited” for the 2004-2005 lacrosse season.
- His favorite lacrosse memory is AHS’s win over Centennial his sophomore year.
- Farshi has been recognized as a Scholar Athlete. He is a member of the National Spanish Honors Society.
- He was given the Outstanding Student award for Social Studies in the 11th grade, and has been a 4 year Honor Roll student.
- He has participated in several Spanish writing competitions and has also competed in chess tournaments.
- Farshi once tied for 40th place in the world (for chess) in his division.
- Farshi’s favorite teacher at AHS is Mr. Schertz.
- Farshi will be attending UGA next year, where he plans to play club lacrosse.
- He is planning to major in Sports Medicine at UGA with post graduate studies at Emory.
