2014 Season Begins

The Vanderbilt Men's Club Lacrosse team begins its 2014 Season on February 1, 2014, D-III opponent Rhodes University, followed up by a game against MCLA D-II foe Memphis.  These games should both be great matchups and will serve as great preparation for the start of Vanderbilt's MCLA season the following week against in conference rival Georgia, along with Wake Forest.  Steven Lee looks to continue strong off of his stellar Freshman year season, while Andrew Posner and John Perez will anchor down the Vanderbilt attacking front.  Look out for shotstopper Brian Bernstein in goal.  Coupled with a seasoned defensive line, with new freshman faces added in, the Vanderbilt defense will be a tough one to beat.  We look forward to a great season, and hope to see our recruits and fans out there throughout.  New Vanderbilt football coach Derek Mason has pledged to make periodic appearances at games, so keep your head on a swivel for him along with other celebrity sightings.
