The Lax Dawg Seniors played their final game here in Athens on Saturday against the UCF Knights, and what a game it was! The Dawgs came out with energy and intensity that was not matched by UCF. After getting off to a 1-0 deficit, Georgia never looked back and ended the half up 10-2. Senior Conor Busby led the defense in goal with a stellar game, making several key saves and clearing the ball extremely well. Senior captain Moore Hamilton led the offense with one of his best games of the year, scoring 4 goals and playing very well in transition. The offense had agreat all-around day, with 9 different players scoring. It was great to see the seniors sent out on top in their final home game. Looks like the Dawgs are getting better as we draw closer to SELC time. A HUGE matchup coming up with Clemson... stay tuned!
