UCSB Womens Lacrosse - Player Letter Recipients

Fund Raising Letter Campaign 2011-12

UCSB and SBCC players may use this form to submit the names and addresses of their recipients for our fundraising letter campaign. Half of everything donated will be deducted from your in-season dues payment if a donation is received before dues are due January 23, 2012. We're still using your hand written address on an envelope and a personal note from you approach but this will let us attribute a donation to you when it comes in from someone you submit here. If you have more than five recipients then use this form twice.

You may also refer prospective donors to our Give & Give Back page for the Women's Lacrosse Legacy Fund For Excellence. It's a University donation that goes to our program. Note that IRS regulations prevent a donation restricted in such a way with wording accompanying the donation that it is for expenses for the season for a specific player. Such a donation won't be tax deductible because it's restricted for use by an individual. We can accept the donation but the University won't send a letter and a receipt for tax deductions. This list you're submitting below allows someone to make a donation to the team without naming you that will help the team and you specifically (reducing your dues) without affecting the tax deduction for the donor.
