Comments made to SL LAX Varsity Girls Seniors from SL LAX President Myron Molotky:
To Our Most Accomplished Class!
Thank you for everything you have meant to the SL Lacrosse Organization...YOU have set the bar for future generations of SL Lacrosse! Academic AllState Team..future PreMed, BioChem, Neuro Sci, PreLaw and Computer Sci…ROCKSTARS!
We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
These 6 Seniors have demonstrated the leadership skills throughout their entire careers that will resonate with future generations of Lady Laker Laxers!
#7 Grace Nass…a defensive specialist that defined the position, none worked harder or played with more passion from Day 1 on the Laker Lacrosse fields. GVSU…still a Laker!
#18…Elena Antekeier…absolute scoring machine and menace to opposing defenses…saved the best for last with a monster Senior year…Florida State Univ…Go Seminoles!
#27 Jillian Gable…has there ever been a better teammate or leader? No. While we missed her skills on the field due to injury, never missed a practice or a game. Jillian’s presence alone set the pace for another great season. Florida State Univ…Go Seminoles!
#30 Lauren Constantine...passionate play and physical style set the pace in the D zone…yellow cards, no problem…happy to have every one of them and keep the opposing O off balance. U of M…Go Wolverines!
#47 Kate Vinkemulder…seems like you have been playing lax since the Indians blessed us with this sport. Still remember you schooling the boys in the backyard (all college bound players themselves!). While leading the Lakers each year the past 4 years in points, the measurement of your greatness has always been leadership. Always my #1 Draft Pick. MSU…Go Green!

#99 Paris Heard…just like your counterpart on the Boys Varsity, you created a whole new standard for goaltending for the Laker Lacrosse program. Your impact on the games allowed our players to play loose and know that the best goalie always had their back. Thank you for being a Laker. U of M…Go Wolverines!
