RE: Expectations for total participation of all SL Laker Lacrosse Players 2nd grade through High School for the biggest event in SL Lacrosse History.  The action Starts Wednesday (5/15) at 6:30pm!

The Spring Lake Lacrosse Organization is anticipating that Laker Nation will embrace some very important events coming up to finish the year as the fastest growing lacrosse program in the state of Michigan competes for Championships!

 
Wednesday May 15, 2019-Boys Varsity Senior Night and the Jarred Coleman Memorial Game.
We are 301 Laker Strong! We ask that all Laker players, families and fans come celebrate the #3 ranked team in Michigan. The Varsity team has 15 seniors that have enjoyed the most successful season in Spring Lake history. Let’s pack the ShipYard (The ‘Yard)…parents get your kids there with jerseys on, coaches get practice over with before 6:00. Senior Night festivities start at 6:30 followed by a rivalry game vs Forest Hills Eastern.

We will also be honoring Jarred Coleman…#22…after the game. The Coleman family will be in attendance, as well as Jarred’s brother Ethan, who will be playing against the Lakers that night. WE NEED LAKER NATION there for support! Please make it a point to be there with your players as Jarred was involved with SL Lacrosse as a player, coach and inspiration.

Varsity Coaches selected Dominik Molotky (Senior Captain) to wear the #22 this season. This will be an ongoing tradition with Spring Lake every year at the Varsity level. Get to know #22 and what this means to SL Lacrosse! Laker players represent #22 this year on their jerseys-helmets.

Saturday May 18, 2019-Lighthouse Tournament for Boys Youth Teams
Hosted this year by Holland Christian for all boys’ youth teams. SL Lacrosse has a rich history as a dominating force in the Lighthouse Tournament. Good luck to the players, coaches and fans as Laker Nation invades Holland on Saturday.

Monday May 20, 2019-Boys Varsity Regional Playoff Action vs Petosky
The Regional Playoffs begin as Spring Lake hosts the playoffs this year for the first time in our history. As noted above, come support the #3 Ranked team in the state as our Lakers begin their march to a deep playoff run! Time to pack The ‘Yard!

Friday May 24, 2019-Girls Varsity Regional Playoff Action vs TBA
The Regional Playoffs begin for the ladies as they begin their quest for yet another deep run in the playoffs! This crew has had a great year with strong senior leadership as well as the rise of our freshmen and sophomores. Come support the Lakers and let’s get the “Yard” rocking as the ladies continue their path and make some noise in the playoffs!
