BRONCOS EMBARK ON 3 GAME SPRING BREAK ROAD TRIP

The 5-3, # 19 ranked Santa Clara Broncos travel to Austin, Texas this week for 3 games during their spring break.  Leading off on Tuesday an improved Texas State team from San Marcos, Texas.  The Bobcats are 9-3 for the season and are coming off a 17-6 loss to # 14 Lindenwood.

On Thursday, SCU takes on the # 25 ranked Longhorns from the University of Texas.  Texas is sporting a 10-2 record and have just returned from a 2-1 road trip to the SLC where they lost to # 2 Chapman and beat San Diego and # 20 San Diego State.

The final game of the trip is on Friday against the Texas A & M Aggies.  A & M is 6-6 haveing recently fallen out of the top 25 poll last week.  They are coming off a recent win against # 22 Southern Methodist University, 11-9.
