BRONCOS TO COMPETE IN CAL PLAY DAY FOR LACROSSE FOR LIFE

The Santa Clara Men's lacrosse team will be participating in the Cal Play Day to benefit "Lacrosse for Life" on Sunday, October 28,2007. The Broncos will open up this fundraiser when they take on Sonoma State University at 8:00 AM. After a short break SCU lines up against the UC Davis Aggies at 11:00 AM. They close out the day against the host golden Bears of Cal at 2:00 PM.

The cost of admission is $ 5.00 per spectator for the entire day's 7 games, All proceeds will be donated to the Lacrosse for Life foundation. In addition, players from each team will donate additional money to Lacrosse for Life and the team will be donating some used lacrosse equipment to be donated to their members.

Here is the entire game schedule:

8:00 am- Santa Clara vs Sonoma State

9:00 am- Stanford vs UC Davis

10:00 am- Cal vs Sonoma State

11:00 am-Santa Clara vs. UC Davis

12:00 pm-UC Davis vs Sonoma State

1:00 pm- Cal vs Stanford

2:00 pm- Cal vs Santa Clara
