And just like that...we're underway!

And just like that...we're underway! The first practice of the season is in the books with a 0600 fitness assessment. The quote: "Some people dream of success... others stay awake to achieve it." - Unknown, really fits this morning's session as the guys trained early this morning! The team has truly embraced the notion that if we want to be successful in uncomfortable situations, then we'll have to train in uncomfortable conditions.

The guys looked sharp and set the bar incredibly high. Both the upperclassmen and the team's new recruits logged outstanding numbers on the test.

We will test again periodically throughout the fall to make sure the guys are constantly improving their levels of strength and conditioning. There is no doubt that it's going to be a great year!
