Personal Fitness Workout

When:Thu, May 4, 2017, All Day

Details:

Fitness training alternates between a 30 to 40 minute fast pace run one day and then a series of 100 yard sprints the next day.  Planks for abdominal training are either front planks or side planks depending on the day. Mixing it up with other ab work is encouraged but come back to the planking.  These are personal responsibility training days.
