September - Tryouts and Fallball
Tryouts The Lady Laxcats are ecstatic to be able to get back on the field! The first day of tryouts officially started last Wednesday (9/9), and we had our second round last night (9/16). We are thrilled at the turnout of girls this year, with so much freshman talent coming in. Fall ball is during the first semester, and it is a fun way for the team to get ready for the regular season and get to know each other! Schedule As the executive board finishes up creating the schedule for the Spring season, we will post it on our site, and distribute it to parents. As for now, we will keep your posted on the final dates for our annual end of fallball scrimmage. Until then, we will continue to practice weekly on Sitton Field. Website We are in the process of updating the website (finally) so we can keep our fans and followers engaged! We are always seeking new ways to raise money, so if you have any ideas regarding fundraising events we could participate in, please let us know! The more ideas the merrier!
