2018 Important Sales Dates

February 10 -- 10am - 1pm @ Worthington Kilbourne High School Room 207

Sale Kickoff and Call Day

Player attendance required

February 24 & 25 -- Canvassing Day

Player attendance required

We will need 14 Adult Drivers each day (Sign up Genius Link will be sent separately)

February 17 -- Open Sale Period Begins

Call lists are no longer protected

Any player can reach out to any customer

March 11 -- All Orders Are Due!

Player & Parent Information

Please find details on the upcoming 2018 Lacrosse Mulch Sale above.  This sales program is THE fundraiser that allows our Boys Lacrosse Team to have outstanding coaches, be an elite team in the Midwest, and compete against some of the best competition in the country. 

All players are required to participate in this sale and all players are required to sell 300 bags of mulch during the sale.  If this is not done then the player will be responsible for a $1 donation to the club for any bags short of 300. 

For Example:

Tommy sells 247 bags of mulch, 53 short of the required goal.  He will need to obtain $53 dollars in donations or cover the shortfall.  So that said players can either sell bags of mulch and they may collect donations.  A $1 donation is equivalent to the sale of one bag so players should be prepared to work hard and accomplish the goal quickly as it is very achievable.

Each class will have a parent representative who will assist and guide players on making the sale and collecting the funds.  These parent volunteers will also be responsible for entering the orders for their specific class.
