Kilbourne Meals on Wheels "Man-Up" Service Project

Bookmark and Share Printer Friendly Jan. 15, 2018

On MLK Day, Worthington Kilbourne lacrosse players made a difference by delivering Meals on Wheels as part of WKHS Lacrosse "Man-Up" community service program. Players boxed supplies to send to deployed men women serving in our armed forces for Operation Buckeye.  We are proud of our players and the difference they are making in our community. As Dr.King said, "Everybody can be great ... because anybody can serve. You don't have to have a college degree to serve. You don't have to make your subject and verb agree to serve. You only need a heart full of grace. A soul generated by love." Thank you Carol Porter Hesterfor your leadership! #ItsWorthItKilbourne's "Man-Up" Community Service Projects Make A Difference Off The Field
