Mitch is currently enrolled in the third year of the Undergraduate Dietetics program at the University of Kentucky eagerly waiting to accomplish my B.S. degree and move on to Graduate School.
Currently, Mitch is considering whether to pursue a minor or major in Kinesiology as an undergraduate which Mitch has a passion for both food and exercise. His academic plan then is; upon completion of his major(s), (1) move on to a Graduate Program that places their emphasis on health promotion through both fields. (2) Sit for the Registered Dietitian Exam after completion of both a Master’s Degree and a concurrent Dietetic Internship. (3) Continue my education in nutrition and exercise outside of school through my career and community involvement.
