Updates for 2014 Season

SOUTHERN VANCE NO LONGER SCHEDULED; SANDERSON TO REPLACE

The season is now just two weeks away, and with that are some last minute updates for players and parents.

Mulch Sale:  We will be doing our annual Mulch Sale this year again so we need all players and parents to begin asking around to sell mulch.  We do this every year, with a delivery date sometime in March.  The mulch is premium hardwood, 2 cubic feet per bag at $4 a bag.  We will deliver it to a spot designated by the purchaser.  Please contact Coach Farabee or speak with a player for more details.

Kick-Off Dinner:  Every season we begin with a dinner for players and parents and this year the dinner will be tomorrow night, Tuesday March 28th at 6:30 PM at the Oxford United Methodist Church.  If you are a player playing this year, please make sure to attend.  We are asking the following grade levels to bring the following items:

9th - meats, chicken, side dishes
10th - meats, chicken, side dishes
11th - desserts, forks and napkins
12th - drinks, plates and cups

Pre-Season Workouts:  We will continue having pre-season workouts Monday through Friday from 4 to 5:30 PM at the Webb practice field.  Bring running shoes and lacrosse equipment and make sure to have a physical on file with the school.

Schedule Changes:  Southern Vance will no longer field a team.  We haved replaced them with an April 8th game against second year team Sanderson High School.
