A Coppell, TX resident, Coach Farabee will be helping the team with behind the scenes duties such as equipment ordering, film and stats review, and maintaining the website. He is currently the Defensive Coordinator for the Coppell High School Varsity team, as well as the goalies coach for the team and for the Coppell Youth League. Coach Farabee was born in Winchester, VA, and attended high school locally at Northern Durham High School, where he lettered twice in soccer and three times in lacrosse, all three times as a goalkeeper in soccer and once as an attacker and twice as a goalkeeper in lacrosse. He set school goalie records in every statistical category and still holds records for single season (409) and career (756) save totals. He played his freshmen year at Syracuse University on the club team before making the varsity team at Syracuse as a walk on prior to the 2008 season, after which he played three years for Coach John Desko and won two national titles (2008 and 2009). In 2012, Coach Farabee was signed to the first ever training camp squad for the Charlotte Hounds of Major League Lacrosse and, following training camp, was assigned to the practice squad for the 2012 campaign. He graduated from Syracuse in 2010 with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. At Webb, Coach Farabee helped develop the defense into the 35th ranked team in the state in GAA for the 2012 season (goals against average; 7.06 excluding overtime games). Under Coach Farabee's guidance, the goalies at Webb managed to stop 0.701% of their shots, with no goalie stopping less than 0.680%. The defense as a unit also decreased it's overall GAA from a first year value of 14.08 to 10.77 in 2011 and to 7.007 (including one OT game).
