2012 LSM - Faulkenberry commits to Ohio State
Wes Faulkenberry, a Junior at Dublin Jerome High School in Dublin, Ohio, has made a verbal commitment to The Ohio State University on November 23, 2010. Wes will join Nick Myers' Buckeyes in the fall of 2012. The 6' long stick midfielder attracted a lot of attention from Division 1 college coaches last summer while playing on the Titanium Lacrosse club team. Additionally, Wes was selected to play for the 2010 Under Armour Underclassmen Midwest team where he competed against the best high school players in the country at the Under Armour Classic last summer. Most recently, he competed in the invitation-only Jake Reed's Fall 2012 Nike Blue Chip Camp. Dublin Jerome completed it's 6th season in school history in 2010 by winning the D2 State Championship for the second time and Wes is the 13th DJ player to commit to play division 1 college lacrosse. Last season, Wes earned 1st Team All State and LSM of the Year honors as a sophomore. Wes also participates on the Dublin Jerome hockey team as a goalkeeper. He plans to study business at Ohio State.
