Lifting Schedule

Lacrosse players not participating in fall sports are strongly encouraged to participate in our off-season lifting program.

Monday's, Wednesday's, Friday's
3:15-4:15 in the weight room at Jerome

It would also be a good idea for players to bring sticks, gloves, and helmets to throw against the wall after lifting.
