Balance Scoring Effort
Brendan Moore (3g), Matt Marina (2g), Connor Matrka (2g, 1a), Marshall Burkhart (1g, 2a), Eric Ruhl (1g, 2a), Scott Ruhl (2g), Alex VanKrevel (1g, 1a), Steven Simonetti (2a), Kevin Henning (1g), and Rudy Youell (1a) all registered points against the visiting Patriots of Olentangy Liberty. The Celtics forced Liberty's goalie to make 24 saves in the 13-5 victory. Gold squad was earned by Steven Simonetti, Tanner Seago, and Kevin Henning for their strong defensive efforts. The Celts travel to Bexley High School to play #1 ranked St. Charles in the Regional Semifinals on Thursday at 7:30pm.
