Auld as the Head Coach at Dublin Jerome Auld as the Assistant Coach at Dublin Scioto Auld was the offensive assistant varsity coach at Dublin Scioto High School from 2003 through 2005. During that time the squad had a 50-11 record, including two trips to the Division 1 State Championship Game (2003, 2004) and one Division 1 State Championship (2003). Dublin Scioto defeated Dublin Coffman for the “River Cup” each year that Auld assisted (2003, 2004, 2005). Auld coached five All-Americans, one Academic All-American, 12 first-team All State, and two Ohio Player of the Year athletes (2003, 2004). Auld’s Scioto Lacrosse Alumni continued their playing careers at Limestone College, Ohio Wesleyan University, Robert Morris University, Syracuse University, and the University of Fairfield.
Auld’s Additional Lacrosse Coaching Accolades Auld serves as the Vice President of the Ohio High School Lacrosse Association and is the US Lacrosse Area Representative for the Central Ohio Chapter. He was selected as the Head Coach of the 2009 Under Armour All-American Classic Midwest Team which is comprised of the top players in the country outside of the east coast. In 2008 Auld coached Team Ohio at the Vail Lacrosse Shootout and in 2007 he coached the Midwest All-Stars at the Syracuse Summer Shootout. Auld regularly assists with summer camps and all-star teams in the Columbus, Ohio area.
Auld as the Player Auld participated in the first middle school lacrosse program in the city of Dublin. He played high school lacrosse at Dublin High School, which became Dublin Coffman High School when Dublin Scioto opened in 1995. A three-year varsity letter winner and team captain, Auld lead the team in scoring as an attackman his sophomore, junior, and senior years. Upon graduating he held every offensive record at Dublin Coffman including goals in a game, assists in a game, points in a game, goals in a season, assists in a season, points in a season, all-time career goals scored, all-time career assists, and all-time career points. Despite opportunities to play collegiate lacrosse, Auld chose education over athletics and put his playing days behind him.
Auld Personally A native of Dublin, Ohio, Auld is a 1997 graduate of Dublin Coffman High School and a 2001 graduate of Miami Univesity with a degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship. He resides in Lewis Center, Ohio and operates two businesses, Bright Discounts and Booster Solutions, which both service athletic organizations.
