Georgia Tech Lacrosse 4.0 Alex Kiehl Scholarship Fund Campaign

Seeking Gifts to support scholar athletes to play lacrosse and off set a portion of tuition costs for select recipients each spring semester. Private support of the Alex Kiehl Scholarship Fund both honors "teamwork and effort" for which Alex inspired us and is an enduring core value of the team and provides financial tuition relief to selected student athletes on a four year basis.

Our plan, completed in 2010, to build a sustaining championship level program is dependent on attracting dedicated student athletes. We believe that having a significant portion of the team recieving small "tuition offset" scholarships in spring semester is a powerful incentive to attract and maintain players and award high achievers. We seek to expand the Alex Kiehl scholarship fund and make it more accessible. This is our lacrosee program and this is a great opportunity to "give back" even in a small way.

How do I make a gift?

(1) Checks may be made payable to the Georgia Tech Foundation - Alex Kiehl Lacrosse Scholarship Fund and mailed to:

(2) For credit card gifts, please provide the Georgia Tech Office of Development with the gift amount and designation, (Georgia Tech Foundation - Alex Kiehl Lacrosse Scholarship Fund), credit card type, number, and expiration date. Please contact the Gift Accounbting Office at 404-894-5544.

(3) An electronic transfer of Stock to the Georgia Tech Foundation can be made by contacting the Foundation. Stock held in certificate form can be transferred by mailing the certificate and the stock power in seperate envelopes to the Foundation. For more information contact the Foundation at 404-894-6130.

Recognition for Donors:

GT Lacrosse recognition sticker for all. Please register your donation via email to lovic@gatech.edu after transaction complete for us to verify if you use a donation method other than Check. Recognition Levels:

WHITE: for a $100 to $250 donation before 2-1-2012 recieve a GT Lacrosse Nike Polo Shirt.

GOLD: for a $251 to $1000 donation recieve a GT Lacrosse OGIO Book Bag or a GT Lacrosse custom shaft.

YELLOW JACKET: for above a $1000 donation recieve a GT Lacrosse Boathouse Gore Tex Jacket.  

Details: This fundraiser will close on 12-31-2012. Minimum donation of $50. If we raise $15,000, ALL DONORS will recieve an additional GT Lacrosse customized hat.
