Purchase a DVD of Emory's Overtime Victory in the SELC Championships!

The following email was sent to supporters of Emory Lacrosse:

Dear Emory Lacrosse Parents, Alumni, and Supporters;

This past Sunday, we won the SouthEastern Lacrosse Conference tournament in dramatic fashion, beating Elon University in overtime of the championship game. We finished the regular season with a 9-1 overall record. Most importantly, our win Sunday means that we will have an opportunity to compete in the MCLA National Championships in Denver, Colorado from May 12th -16th!

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for us. This will be our second trip to Nationals in three years, a testament to the hard-word and dedication of our coaches, as well as to the efforts all of the players that have been a part of Emory Men's Lacrosse over the past several years. Of course, sending 26 players and 3 coaches to Denver for five days is an expensive endeavor. That is why we are asking for your support now in our quest for a national championship.

We have arranged to purchase DVDs of our SELC championship game against Elon. We will ship out a DVD of the game to anyone making a donation of at least $30 toward our trip to Denver -- the same price it would be if you were to buy the DVD separately.

Gifts to the lacrosse team are tax deductible less the value of the DVD which is $30. If you indeed would like a DVD with your donation, please email menslax@learnlink.emory.edu with the address you would like the DVD sent to.
