Emory Seeded #1 in SELC Playoff Bracket

Winning the Central Region, the Emory Eagles have been awarded the top seed in the 2008 SELC Playoffs. For a second consecutive year, EU has earned a first round bye and will begin the playoffs in the semi-finals. On April 19th at 12:15 pm, the Birds will return to Titan Stadium on the campus of Northview High School to meet the winner of the quarterfinal matchup between #4 Tennessee Wesleyan and #5 North Carolina Charlotte.

The Seedings for the 2008 SothEastern Lacrosse Conference Division 2 Playoffs are as follows:

1. Emory (Central Region Champions)

2. SCAD (Southern Region Champions)

3. Elon (Northern Region Champions)

4. Tennessee Wesleyan (Central Region Runner-up)

5. North Carolina - Charlotte (Northern Region Runner-up)

6. Costal Carolina (Southern Region Runner-up)
