Emory stands at No. 5

CollegeLax.us released the first official MCLA Div. 2 poll of the season this morning. With a 1-2 record, the Eagles stand with a national ranking of 5.

All top 6 teams from the preseason poll stood their ground. SCAD made the move from No. 11 to No. 9 while Charlotte advanced from 14 to 11. Despite losing to Emory, Elon also moved up in the polls from 24th to 19th.

Emory's next contest is this Sunday against No. 4 Dayton. The game will be played on neutral ground in Cincinnati.
