Thanksgiving note

 

Happy Thanksgiving.  I wanted to send out a quick reminder that there will be no lifting/conditioning tomorrow as many players will be out of town.  We will pick back up next Tuesday.  Coach Nelson has said great things about the hard work our guys have been putting forth.  Winning seasons start in the winter - after seeing progress in indoor, on the track, and in the weight room I know we are doing what we need to do.  Effort put in now is rewarded in the spring.  Our staff is incredibly excited for 2014.
