Open Gym/Lifting info - Jan 19, 2015
Players and Parents,
I wanted to drop a quick line with some information regarding our preparation running up to our season. As you may have noticed our original time for this coming Sunday's indoor was from 8-10PM. That time has been moved from 11-2 - this Sunday. We are adjusting the way we rotate players. Juniors and Seniors will go for the first hour and a half. Sophomores and Freshmen will go for the second hour and a half (Sr/Jr: 11-12:30 - So/Fr: 12:30-2).
Our first of three open gyms (stick work and conditioning) is scheduled for this Thursday at 7:30 in the aux gym. We will be finished at 9:00. Those not in a winter sport and not lifting with the football program should report to the athletic complex/stadium for lifting before the open gym at 6:30.
Attendance at open gyms, as well as indoor, is expected for those not involved in a winter sport.
As always, if you have any questions, please feel free to let me know. We will have the conditioning week schedule soon. We're getting close!

Parents and Players,
Below you will find our indoor schedule leading up to our season. Please note the dates of 1/18 and 1/25. These time are not ideal and we are working with Fieldsports to find a better time. As you can imagine getting time there is competitive in the winter.
Important: Senior and Juniors will go the first hour, sophomores will go the second hour, and freshmen will go the last hour.
We realize that many of you may have conflicts with other sports so if you can't make your scheduled time due to a conflict then you are welcome to attend another session.
Players should wear full equipment including a mouthpiece and pinney. We will even our rosters out after the first week based to insure groups have more equal numbers for each hour.
Please ensure your son's release form has been submitted if you have not already done so (attached).
Note: If bad weather affects an indoor session we will get emails/tweets out ASAP.
Saturday 12/6 2:30-5:30 (ex: seniors/juniors 2:30-3:30, sophomores 3:30-4:30, freshmen 4:30-5:30).
Sunday 1/4 4:00-7:00
