Booster Club Meeting

This meeting is mandatory for families who have not yet registered online.  You may double check your registration on the team website.

Please go to the web site (Booster Club tab and then under Documents) and download the appropriate forms as called out in the Parent Checklist (also located on the web site).  I have attached a Parent Checklist to assist you in downloading the correct forms.  Please complete these forms and bring them to the meeting with you tomorrow night if your son intends to try out for AHS Men’s Lacrosse.   

The deadline for all forms and fees is January 23, 2012!  

NOTE:  We will not have extra forms at the meeting.  You must bring them with you to the meeting.

 Per a new Fulton County Mandate you are going to be asked to write 2 separate checks tomorrow night:  For a total of $475.

1.  Made payable to AHS for the participation fee of $250.

2.  Made payable to AHS Men’s Lacrosse Booster Club for $225 for the booster club fee.  (This includes the 5 SELC tickets that each player will be responsible for as per the budget ratified in October.)
