Coach Sublett joined the AHS Lacrosse program this past Spring as the Assistant Coach for the Junior Raider Feeder Team and is also managing the Bagataway "B" team this fall.  Frank played high school lacrosse at Upper Arlington High School in Columbus, Ohio for three years followed by four years at Ohio University.  Previous to joining the AHS program, Frank coached middle school lacross for several years.  Frank is a firm believer in the fundamentals and this belief is reflected in his coaching style.  He stressess the basics and the benefits of practicing on your own.  Franks plans to continue as Assistant Coach of the Junior Raider team although his son has moved on the High School program.
