Alicia is a former player of The Ohio State University varsity lacrosse team. A leader on defense, she played and started in every game as a junior and senior.  Alicia was a scholar athlete majoring in sociology, criminolgy, and elementary education.  Upon completion of her bachelor's degree, she returned to her hometown of Louisville, KY, where sher received her master's in sports administration.  While completing her graduate work, she coached two seasons at duPont Manual High School, state champions and runner up.  After taking on her first job as an event management coordinator at California State University, Bakersfield in 2008-2009, she decided it was time for a change.  Alicia moved to Oxford, MS in August of 2009 to assume the postion of event management coordinator in athletics at the University of Mississippi.

With the assistance of Amanda Lacklen and Lauren Holsen, she helped found the Ole Miss Women's Club Lacrosse Team in February of 2010.  During this time the team has proven to be very viable and successful.  Already full members of the Southeastern Women's Lacrosse League, the Rebels went 5-3 for the 2011 season, and are currently 16-5 as a program.

Alicia is also the SWLL secretary and has 2 dogs, Stud Muffin and Diesel, that make every trip and have been named the team managers.
