Lauren Holsen has played lacrosse for 5 years. She was on Team Georgia in 2006, Team Uno in 2006, South Eastern National Team in 2006, and also apart of the ALL- Star game in 2007 for Georgia High School players. In 2007 was voted best offense of player for her high school team, and set the school record with 78 goals in one season, and 126 points total in one season. Her senior year she was voted 2nd Team All American. She also grew up playing ice and roller hockey. She started the Ole Miss Women's lacrosse team in 2010 and was named to the All-SWLL team in 2011.
