San Diego State recruit Jackie Mills scored four goals to lead La Costa Canyon to a 15-5 victory over Westview in a CIF-San Diego Section game on Friday.

Kiki Gibson, Jenna Hempsey, Caitlin Zirpolo and Blaire Bender scored two goals each for La Costa Canyon. The Mavericks remained undefeated in the league and improved to 9-2 overall.

La Costa Canyon opened a 9-3 lead at the break and were never threatened the rest of the way. Paige Soenksen finished with seven saves for the Mavericks.
