Outlook: In a sport dominated by North County schools, the Falcons figure to get stellar challenges from Coronado, La Costa Canyon, Poway and Scripps Ranch. LCC’s incentive: a year ago, its string of four section titles in five years (including three straight during 2007-09) was snapped in a 9-8 quarterfinal loss to Poway. The Mavericks return eight starters from that club, including goalkeeper Taylor Langston and scoring whiz Jackie Mills — an all-section first-teamer who has committed to San Diego State’s fledgling program.
