Banquet Update

Due to several scheduling issues, we have a new date for the CAL Lacrosse Banquet. Below you will find all of the details and a link to the BANQUET RSVP FORM.

When:  Friday, May 24, 2013, 6:30pm – 9:00pm

Where:  Hotel Louisville – Grand Ballroom, 2^nd Floor

              120 West Broadway - Louisville, Kentucky 40202

              Free Parking

Hotel Louisville is operated by and benefits the ministry of Wayside Christian Mission. 

What:   Special dinner and fellowship as we join together and celebrate our season.

Who:    Players, coaches, family members and other special guests.

Cost:    The cost for players and coaches is already covered by your Team Fee. Parents, siblings and other family members will have an additional cost of $8.00/each. Please click here to complete the BANQUET RSVP FORM.

Checks for banquet guests should be made out to CAL Lacrosse and turned into Ben Erps or Marla Highbaugh.

 Gifts:    We are collecting contributions for gifts for our 6 coaches (Brock, Dortch, Crutchfield, Franke, Aker and Rayome).  These gifts are a very small token of our appreciation the time and effort they have put into our kids and the program.  Please contribute as you feel led.  $15-25 per gift is a good range.  If circumstance do not allow for a gift, that is understandable.  Of course, larger gifts are always welcome! 

Checks for coaches gifts should be made out to Ben Erps and turned into Ben Erps or Marla Highbaugh.
