Senior Night | Banquet
SENIOR NIGHT When: Thursday, May 2, 2013, before 7:00pm home game vs. Eastern What: Special celebrate to honor our senior players! Help: If you’d like to help out, please complete our Volunteer Form Decorate school entrance in morning - move items to field before game. Decorate game area, fence line. Post game treats. 2013 CAL LACROSSE BANQUET When: Saturday, May 18, 2013, 11:30am – 2:00pm Where: Hotel Louisville – Louisville Suite, 11th Floor 120 West Broadway - Louisville, Kentucky 40202 Free Parking Hotel Louisville is operated by and benefits the ministry of Wayside Christian Mission. What: Special luncheon and fellowship as we join together and celebrate our season. Who: Players, coaches, family members and other special guests. Cost: The cost for players is already covered by your Team Fee. Parents, siblings and other family members will have an additional cost TBD. An RSVP form with costs will be out soon. Gifts: We are collecting contributions for gifts for our 5 coaches (Brock, Dortch, Aker, Rayome, and Franke). These gifts are a very small token of our appreciation the time and effort they have put into our kids and the program. Please contribute as you feel led. $15-25 per gift is a good range. If circumstance do not allow for a gift, that is understandable. Of course, larger gifts are always welcome! Help: If you’d like to help out, please complete our Volunteer Form Pre-event.
