BANQUET

Below is some important information about our upcoming CAL LACROSSE BANQUET. 

What:  2012 CAL Lacrosse Banquet, spaghetti dinner and fellowship as we join together and celebrate our season.

When:  Sunday, 5/20/12, 6:00 PM – 9:30 PM (approx.)

Where:  Hotel Louisville – Ballroom

            120 West Broadway - Louisville, Kentucky 40202 – Free Parking!

            (Operated by and benefits the ministry of Wayside Christian Mission) 

Who:  Players, coaches, family members and other special guests.

Cost:  The cost for players is already covered by your Team Fee.  You may bring parents, siblings and other guests at the cost of only $6.00 each!  To RSVP please click here CAL LAX BANQUET RSVP.

Checks for the Banquet should be made payable to CAL LACROSSE.

Checks can also be given to Rhonda or Ben Erps.

Please provide your checks by 5/14/12.  (Ben will be at St. X game on 5/14 to collect checks)

Wear:  Players are to be lookin' sharp in shirts and ties!

Slide Show:     Kelly DeVries has stepped up to volunteer to produce a special slide and video show for the banquet and she needs your help!  If you have taken photos of your boys, or other players, would you please send them to Kelly? If you have a lot of photos, it would be greatly appreciative if you choose the best you have and only send those.  That way, she won’t have to go through a huge quantity of everyone’s photos.
