Matthew V. Pompa played lacrosse for St. Anthony's, where he and the Yellow Jackets made it to State his junior and senior seasons. During his senior year Matthew received the Gram Gill Leadership Award.
At Baylor, Matthew was a starting defender his freshman and sophomore year. During those seasons Matthew worked as the Marketing Officer and the Field and Equipment officer respectively. Since last season (junior year) Matthew began to run LSM.
