Sealock, a former all-conference midfielder for Robert Morris, has coached as an assistant with Seton Hill, a nationally ranked Division II program, and also played professionally since his graduation.

Sealock was an assistant with Seton Hill for the past two years and helped the Griffins to a 12-4 record in 2012 and a No. 8 national ranking in the season-ending poll. He aided Seton Hill as it upset then No. 4 C.W. Post in a come-from-behind win, a victory which helped the Griffins rank among the top 10 squads nationally in winning percentage.

Sealock served as the defensive coordinator for Seton Hill the past two seasons and had a positive impact on the Griffins on that end of the field. In 2010, the year before Sealock arrived, the Griffins allowed 11.29 goals per game. However, with Sealock's instruction and coaching, the Griffins allowed just 7.94 goals per game in 2012, a new program record in that category. Sealock helped Griffin student-athletes claim three All-American selections during his two years on staff.

Seton Hill went 7-7 while playing the nation's toughest schedule during Sealock's first season in 2011. The Griffins did not lose to an unranked team all year as they competed against nine of the nation's top 10 ranked teams.

While he spent time coaching the Griffins, Sealock was also busy playing in the National Lacrosse League (NLL). Sealock competed in 13 games as a defenseman with the Philadelphia Wings this past season. He grabbed 18 loose balls and added a goal and an assist as he helped the Wings finish tied for second in the East Division. Sealock was traded to Philadelphia during the 2011-12 offseason from Calgary as he had spent the 2011 season with the Roughnecks.

Sealock was a four-year letterwinner with Robert Morris and served as a captain in both his junior and senior seasons. He earned All-NEC honors and the team's MVP award after the 2010 season in which he posted a single-season school record 23 caused turnovers, a mark which still stands. He led the team in that department in 2009 as well and finished his career with 41 caused turnovers, ranking third in the career record book at RMU entering 2013. Sealock also scooped up 75 career ground balls and added seven points (2g, 5a) during his Colonial career. He appeared in 58 contests for RMU, a mark which ranks among the school's top 10 in career games played entering the 2013 season.

Sealock also played in a Minto Cup for the Junior A Calgary Raiders and has suited up for the Nanaimo Timbermen of the Western Lacrosse League.
